All In One AutoCAD
Dates: One night for 20 weeks; starts March 29, 2012

Description: A start to finish AutoCAD class for those interested in becoming an ITI Certified Detailer using their new Benchmark software. Successful completion of All in one AutoCAD allows access to the Benchmark Draft class.
Prerequisite: Must have basic windows computer skills

Apprentice Tutoring/Open Shop Night
Dates: Jan 19, Feb 2 &16, March 1,15,29, 2012
Days: Th Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm Hrs: 3 per night
Description: Get extra help with your apprenticeship studies and/or use the facilities to upgrade your skills. Sheet Metal apprentices can earn up to 3 hours Continuing Education credits per quarter.

Description: Learn the basic commands for drawing, dimensioning, sheet selection and set up and plotting.

Basic Rigging/Signaling
Dates: Three Nights January 16, 17, 18
Days: M, T, W. Time: 5:00pm 9:00pm Hrs: 9
Description: This class will provide basic rigging information, including safe work practices, calculating loads, sling angles, types of hitches, sling types and inspection. There are hands on time along with class room information. Basic signaling is reviewed and a test given to provide required documentation of training for signaling.

Benchmark Draft
Dates: One night/week for 8 weeks; starts: March 27, 2012

Dates: Two Saturdays: May 19 & June 2, 2012
Days: Sat Time: 7:00 pm- 4:00pm
Description: This class prepares students to take the ITI Certified Detailer exam. The detailing exam will be given as part of the class to those students who qualify.
Prerequisites: (Must have one of the three)
- - Currently employed as a full time Detailer
- - Completed the following: Intro to Plans & Specs, Field
- - Measuring & All in one AutoCAD
- - Instructor Approval
- - Must attend all nights to test

Certified Welding Prep & Practice
Dates One night for 4 wks January 10,17,24,31, 2012
Days: T Time: 5:00pm 8:00pm Hrs: 3
Description: This program will include all welding processes. This class will provide time to practice for welding certifications that utilizes the AWS and ASME welding codes. Participants will be able to practice the testing and have their samples reviewed. Testing dates are to be scheduled on an as needed basis.

Description: Home study course for the EPA refrigerant certification exam allowing for convenient on-line testing by appointment in Everett or Dupont.
